Your Responsibilities

  • You will support the team in examining, evaluating, and processing administrative procedures and lawsuits related to the retrospective collection of tolls. You will prepare responses to lawsuits and related legal documents.
  • You will coordinate with colleagues from the Federal Office for Logistics and Mobility (BALM) and the Legal Department of Toll Collect on relevant topics.
  • You will review and respond to legal inquiries and conduct research on relevant changes in laws.
  • You will assist in reviewing and evaluating control cases and prepare preliminary supplementary payment notices for the retrospective collection of tolls according to the template.
Your Profile

  • You are an advanced student of law with a focus on administrative law or a comparable degree program.
  • You ideally have some professional experience in handling administrative procedures and inquiries and are willing to familiarize yourself with new or related legal areas.
  • You have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken form.
  • You are personally characterized by a structured work style and a high level of reliability.
  • You are willing to support us for at least 12 months, 1520 hours per week.
