What to expect:

As Product Owner of the Agent Desktop, you will be responsible for the frontend of the future for existing and future backend systems.
As Product Owner, you will create and be responsible for the implementation of a product or service roadmap, as well as the corresponding intermediate results.
You will gather information from internal stakeholders and customers that contribute to business requirements and analyze the technical and procedural impacts on digital platforms and connected systems.
You will define prioritized topic packages in the form of clearly defined user stories that represent the requirements of the agents.
You will focus on the needs of the agents and regularly implement measures for agentcentered development of the respective products or services.
You will regularly exchange information with tribe leads and adjacent areas to understand internal company requirements and dependencies and take them into account in planning.

What sets you apart:

A completed degree, e.g. in business administration, marketing, or (business) informatics with typically at least 57 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in project management and working in crossfunctional teams.
Indepth knowledge of customer service operations
