As a Call Center Agent, Telephone Customer Advisor, Telephone Customer Support, and Administrative Assistant (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advice to existing and new customers regarding travel insurance via phone and email (no cold calling)
  • Creating customized quotes for travel insurance
  • Entering and maintaining customer data and applications
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and insurance companies
  • Assisting with the continuous development of the comparison offer

Qualifications:

  • Commercial education (e.g. travel agent) or experience in the tourism industry
  • Previous experience in customer advisory roles
  • Strong customer orientation and a friendly telephone manner
  • Independent, conscientious, and structured work style
  • Handson mentality and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for digital business models
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
