As a member of our team in Coaling, AL, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement strategies for digital document and knowledge management using tools such as Confluence and SharePoint
  • Collaborate with other departments to support both strategic and operational projects
  • Create presentations for management panels and divisionwide topics
  • Assist with coordinating and managing entrylevel talent pipeline
  • Organize and plan internal events, such as workshops, on a regular basis

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Be currently studying Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, Engineering, or a related field
  • Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment, while also demonstrating openmindedness and empathy
  • Have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks while paying attention to detail and keeping the bigger picture in mind
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Have an English CV, certificate of enrollment at university, and a transcript of your latest grades (no more than 6 months old)
  • Provide a high school report

Important information:

  • This is a parttime position, with a maximum of 20 hours per week during the lecture period, as your studies are our main focus.
  • We welcome proper students (according to German law) who are currently enrolled and have not yet completed their studies or modules, and can commit to working with us for at least 6
