- Performs activities by applying approved procedures and policies to consistently achieve compliance, audit, fiduciary, credit, legal, and regulatory goals.
- Tracks collections of income and expenses.
- Monitors and processes approved recurring/non-recurring bill payments and discretionary distributions as they relate to real estate functions.
- Enter disbursements in the trust accounting system for approval by the Real Estate team for processing
- Scan printed checks with the corresponding backup documents and mail receipts as provided, to client accounts in the document imaging system. For ACH and Wire, scan confirmation (if any) with an email request or supporting document for the transaction
- Track and review real estate insurance policies to ensure current, adequate coverage, which includes tracking expirations.
- Assist in the account opening process, which ensures all properties are inspected, insurance reviewed, the value assigned, and a physical condition assessment.
- Run various trust transaction reports on the trust accounting system as needed.
- Performs filing and imaging of trust documents, correspondence, and other documents to maintain compliance with audit and security standards, policies, and procedures of the Trust Department.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; a higher degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred
- Must be able to learn company software applications
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and writing skills
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to retain information and learn new things in a timely manner
- Effective listening and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Description
Job DescriptionSummary: This position is responsible for supporting the operational processes of the Trust Real Estate department.
Salary Range: The salary range in CA for this role is $46,200 to $62,900 and represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
The Company also offers a full range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K match. Other rewards may include annual performance-based bonuses and wellness days.
