- Maintain in good standing with the NCREC, an Active Real Estate License
- Showing Support.
- Data Entry & Management (listing data, search criteria, etc).
- Attendance at Buyer Orientations (virtual) and Listing Consultations (on-site at listing).
- Transaction Documentation Management (E-signature platform and Google Drive).
- General Agent support (Marketing and Transaction).
- Active and Valid NC Real Estate License (preferably full broker status – provisional accepted with plan to complete post licensing in agreed upon timeframe).
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Great attention to Detail.
- Flexible schedule.
- This is a full-time position.
- Requiring very flexible hours.
- Key hours: Evenings 4-8pm, Saturday's. Occasional Sunday.
- This role will be a $60,000 - $70,000 base pay. The salary will be divided among agent members and therefore tracking hours will be required but will never be beneath the minimum offered base pay. Details at interview. You will be paid as a 1099 with a guarantee for base pay/minimum hours. Additional paid hours possible.
- Paid Vacation, 4-full weeks. Non Consecutive Preferred. Advance Notice Preferred. Consideration of peak spring market and agent schedules preferred but no particular black out dates.
- Supplemental Income: Support role will be allowed to complete up to 6 real estate transactions per year.

The role will involve supporting a collaborative team of agents in day-to-day real estate operations. This is a partially remote role with in person and on site work at various residences and locations in the Triangle. The role as Agent Support will involve tracking hours by client and agent using a predefined template. Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: showing support, inputting listing data, attending buyer and listing consultations, delivering paperwork to clients for e-signatures and keeping paperwork organized in drive folders and dotloop/docusign/ReZen, and other general agent support. During slower periods support will include misc. marketing needs and admin services.
