- Lead meetings to drive process enhancements and ensure adherence to standards
- Provide round-the-clock availability for escalations, network incidents, and business requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in overseeing 24/7 shift rotations and schedules
- At least 5 years of experience in a NOC environment
- Prior leadership experience in a NOC setting (e.g., supervisor, manager)
- Hands-on expertise in establishing local exchange operations, encompassing surveillance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Comprehensive understanding of IP networking
- Familiarity with SONET and DWDM technologies

Job Description:
Insight Global is in search of a motivated and seasoned Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager for a leading fiber network client. The NOC Manager plays a crucial role in supporting NOC personnel by identifying individual strengths, fostering team cohesion, and ensuring the team possesses the necessary technical skills to assist the client's customers effectively. Moreover, the role involves establishing and enforcing NOC policies and procedures to prioritize projects, manage operations, fulfill customer commitments, monitor and respond to network incidents, coordinate outage resolutions, enhance network performance, and maintain 99.999% network availability across all technologies. This position demands flexibility to work the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday, with on-call availability.
