- Deliver a comprehensive range of HR Generalist services to leaders and team members emphasizing talent acquisition, employee engagement, culture building, and implementation of HR programs.
- Collaborate with managers to establish and execute short and long-term staffing strategies, overseeing full life cycle recruiting.
- Conduct various talent acquisition activities like developing job descriptions, managing job postings, organizing recruiting events, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
- Lead interactive onboarding processes, maintain close contact with new team members, and address any issues to promote talent retention.
- Create and track HR and recruiting metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Offer guidance on handling complex organizational and people issues, supporting HR Manager in investigations, employee counseling, and documentation.
- Design, develop, and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist managers in the performance management process to enhance business goal achievement, ensuring timely evaluations and recommendations.
- Provide training on various HR topics to managers and supervisors, including interviewing techniques, harassment prevention, and management essentials.
- Handle administrative tasks related to talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS, and legal compliance.
- Ensure compliance with current labor laws, regulations, and rules, taking direct responsibility for knowledge and application.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
- Minimum 7 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing setting and 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Preferably SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Bi-lingual Spanish abilities are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and Time and Attendance software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with effective multitasking abilities.
- Must exhibit professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
