- Build Organizational Capability:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop talent strategies and priorities
- Enhance and execute performance management, talent assessment, succession management, and learning programs
- Implement people programs such as workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, culture development, performance management, associate relations, and communication of key initiatives
- Provide leadership development programs and promote associate engagement
- Participate in administrative meetings and seminars
- Facilitate training sessions
- Coach managers on corrective action and performance management
- Coordinate talent reviews and develop succession plans
- Provide consultation on compensation adjustments
- Deliver Outstanding Functional Performance:
- Provide associate relations support on HR matters and conduct investigations
- Support recruiting and onboarding processes
- Evaluate and leverage total reward programs
- Partner with the People team to achieve functional strategies
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and regulations
- Implement retention and engagement strategies
- Assist with recruitment tasks
- Administer benefits
- Analyze turnover trends and develop strategies for improvement
- At least 3 years of HR Generalist / Business Partner experience
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and policies
- Ability to partner with leaders and achieve business objectives through talent programs
- Experience in developing learning and development programs
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related discipline
