    Monday-Friday12:30PM-9:00PM

    Job Purpose Summary:

    Responsible for undertaking a variety of activities in the office, including filing, answering the phone, organizing documents, basic money handling, and more.

    Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with great communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with all necessary office equipment, software, and procedures.


    Responsibilities Include:
    Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphereAnswer phones at high call volume and direct to appropriate partyOperate Office EquipmentReceive and sort mailPerform Inventory and Order SuppliesFacility Scheduling and appointment confirmationsManage Appointments (Checking clients in and out)

    Assessing Missed Appointment FeesAssure all intake paperwork is complete and saved to chartCollect IDs and InsuranceUpload records and client documentationVerification of EligibilityCollect Copays as neededClinical/Medical SupportCommunicate and facilitate appointment and schedule changesSend TH appointment linksReceive assignments and upload to chartTrack all D/C and R/O and execute patient lettersComplete medication prior authorizationsInitiate and follow up on lab orders through LabCorp and QuestPatient de-escalation and crisis managementJob Type:
    Full-Time, Non-ExemptRequired education: High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's Degree preferredRequired experience: Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position, Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles, Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment, Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outstanding communication skills, Great organizational and multitasking abilities

    Core CompetenciesProper English and grammar, usage and spellingSoftware application related to the fieldGeneral offices principles and practicesBasic computer knowledge including email etiquetteProfessional phone and customer service demeanor Physical requirements:Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs.

    Occasional to frequent walking, sitting, standing, drivingClose eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing)
