    Job Description

    Job DescriptionEverstaff is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our client as a Bilingual (Spanish-Speaking) Litigation Paralegal in Raleigh, Durham, Greenville, or Garner, NCYou will be working closely with clients while meeting the needs of the business and their clients.Direct Hire OpportunityPay: $50,000-$70,000 based on experience + pay differential for bilingual servicesShift: M-Th 8-5pm and Fridays 8-4pmBenefits:

    Responsibilities:
    • Maintain initial and follow-up client contact
    • Conduct case reviews
    • Prepare and file discovery responses
    • Draft and file responses to opposing counsel
    • Order medical records and schedule depositions
    • Assist with scheduling appointments
    • Contact medical facilities and draft letters for billing information
    • Communicate with clients about settlement disbursement
    • Prepare hearing documents and pretrial agreement
    • Prepare and forward settlement documents
    • Document case information and maintain file organization
    • Assist with balance sheets and expenses
    • Prepare and submit forms, motions, orders
    • Additional tasks and assignments as needed
    Requirements:
    • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are required.
    • Previous law firm experience
    • Data entry or case management
    • Experience assisting executives preferred
