    We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a passion for personal injury law and a track record of success.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Utilize your expertise to conduct thorough client interviews and gather essential case informationShowcase your drafting skills by preparing and filing legal documents, including complaints, motions, and pleadingsDive into case-related research, analyzing medical records, police reports, and other pertinent documentationKeep our cases on track by maintaining meticulous organization of case files and ensuring all documents are up-to-dateServe as a key point of contact for clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel, demonstrating exceptional communication skillsAssist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witness testimonyStay ahead of deadlines and maintain a well-organized calendar to ensure timely case progressionCollaborate with our legal team to draft correspondence and other essential documents

    Qualifications:
    A paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldProven experience as a personal injury paralegal, demonstrating a deep understanding of the fieldProficiency in legal research tools and databasesOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalExceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detailAbility to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team environmentIn-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations relating to personal injury casesProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
