- Coordinate the delivery of vehicles to customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the delivery process
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations
- Prepare and process all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery area and showroom
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep track of all deliveries and inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records at all times
- Assist with scheduling and executing test drives for potential customers
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, features, and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed
