    We're seeking a dynamic individual with an executive search background and unparalleled business acumen to join our Executive Talent Acquisition team and support senior leader searches across Veralto Corporate and its global Operating Companies.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Execute Executive Search & Search Strategy

    • Spearhead and execute full life cycle recruitment for senior-level searches across our diverse portfolio of operating companies. This entails developing search strategies, sourcing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. As appropriate, partner with research associates in candidate generation.
    • As a senior-level recruiter, you will be key in advising clients on search strategies and market/talent realities. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in shaping our recruitment efforts.
    • Cultivate a strong and diverse network of potential candidates through lead generation, research, and sourcing efforts.
    • Effectively solve any challenge encountered during the search. Be tenacious to completion, adapting strategies/tactics as needed.
    • Communicate internally with customers and partners with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy when dealing with both internal and external parties
    • The scope of work is global, and the searches will be primarily across all USA and European time zones. You will be expected to manage your time and hours to speak with candidates and hiring managers as needed to complete the searches.

    Serve as a Strategic ETA Business Partner to our Companies

    • Partner collaboratively with hiring executives and HR business partners throughout the search process.
    • Gather and share market insights for each search with the Hiring Team
    • Represent the Executive Talent Acquisition team and function during OpCo road shows and prepare relevant presentations
    • Lead internal diversity recruitment in your functional area of recruiting to identify, test and recommend diversity tools that expand our reach into diverse networks

    Proactive Pipelining

    • Proactively and continuously network to develop a strong and diverse network of pipeline candidates that could fit the profile of Veralto's future leaders.
    • Seek out and listen to the future needs of our key stakeholders to anticipate upcoming needs ahead of the curve and share findings with the ETA team

    ETA Team Collaborator

    • Serve as a mentor to recruiters across the enterprise.
    • Collaborate with the ETA team to contribute and be dedicated to consistently demonstrating best-in-class recruitment practices and a continuous improvement mindset.
    • Communicate with respect, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external parties.
    • Serve as a strategic business partner and drive comprehensive talent strategies between Talent Acquisition and Talent Management

    EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least 2-10 years experience in a retained search focused on senior leadership roles at the VP level, President and C-suite, or equivalent
    • Previous in-house executive recruitment or performing senior-level searches is a plus
    • Consistent Track record of successfully building and maintaining candidate relationships and networks
    • Proficiency in working in and maintaining, organizing, and recording relevant recruitment and candidate data into recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Good knowledge of government regulations and global GDPR practices relating to hiring practices.
    • Your prior experience in hiring for global, multi-site, complex industries, particularly those with a manufacturing component, is highly valued. We recognize the impact of your expertise in this area.
    • Ability to travel up to 10%
