The mission of Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) is to ensure every person in the state has access to sexual and reproductive health care and education no matter who they are, where they live, or who they love.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and enthusiastic individual to help us with this mission


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.


- **Talent Pipeline Management**:

  • **Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing**:
  • Represent PPLM as an employer of choice by promoting our company culture, values, and career opportunities.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR colleagues and Department Heads to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

- **Data Management**:
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a focus on healthcare and/or mission driven work preferred.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software; Lever & ADP WFN a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Motivated selfstarter with the ability to work as part of a team, develop and followthrough on ideas, and lead staff.
  • Ability to relate to individuals of varying backgrounds and ages in a nonjudgmental yet empathetic manner.
  • Commitment to the mission, philosophy, and goals of PPLM including diversity, equity and inclusion.
$65,000 - $90,000 a year
