Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Supervisor:

Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers.
Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Supervisor:

2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
