    Job Summary:


    Handling daily operation (including weekends) for the Employee Services Office, while maintaining accuracy of procedures, total compliance of guidelines for audits and meeting all standards within the Guest Service Mantra.


    Responsibilities Include:

    • Providing excellent service to Six Flags Over Texas and Hurricane Harbor Arlington team members while meeting all standards of the Six Flags Mantra.
    • Completing all daily tasks as required.
    • Monitoring time system to ensure accuracy for in/out time, breaks, disputes etc.
    • Monitoring fifteen year-old employees on a daily basis by enforcing compliance of state and federal laws.
    • Overseeing attendance tracking for all seasonal employees.
    • Enforce various policies and guidelines, including Dress Code and Grooming guidelines for all team members.
    • Assisting with wardrobe distribution.
    • Maintaining files for all seasonal team members.
    • Conducting employment verifications as requested.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    The ideal candidate must possess:

    • Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written with an emphasis on Customer Service.
    • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age with at least one year of park experience.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
    • Must be able to commit to working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Must be Self-Motivated, detail-oriented and work well with all departments in a very fast paced environment
