    Location :: Ann Arbor, MI (onsite)
    Duration :: 6 to 12 month

    Job Description

    Summary: This role in TTS-US reports to Calty IT Manager and will support the management of various IT projects for the customer. This consists of coordinating different teams and their project tasks, demonstrates a blend of technical and management skills including strategic thinking, planning, implementing projects, problem solving and overcoming impediments.

    Essential Functions:

    • Lead project teams to support customer needs. Typical support areas include hardware upgrades, system and network implementations, infrastructure and procurement.
    • Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders to support project activities.
    • Support the creation of project budgets and schedules.
    • Proactively track progress and project tasks with the technical teams, from project initiation to completion. Report project status, issues, and risks.
    • Create change requests, help desk tickets and other documents as required for the project

    Required Education and Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or comparable training/experience required.

    5+ years of work experience in IT or Help Desk support

    Excellent communication and documentation skills

    Strong team and people management skills and leadership skills

    Strong presentation skills to employees, executives, and customers.

    Experience in problem solving/analysis, Kaizen, PDCA, RCA.

    Proficient in all Microsoft Office products and web-based business applications

    Adaptable with willingness to do whatever is required to see a task or goal to completion

    Goal-directed, persistent, and driven to achieve positive results and outcomes.

    Ability to persuade and manage customer expectations.

    Able to work with global team. Flexibility to work late evening or early morning, as needed.
