Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking an Operations Specialist to fill a crucial role within the Banking Industry in Charlotte, NC. If you excel in analyzing financial data and exhibit exceptional attention to detail, this contract opportunity may be precisely what you're looking for.

Pay Details: $19-20/hr

Responsibilities:

Collate data on internal organizational procedures' efficacy and optimization using relational databases and reporting tools.
Analyze financial data to ensure compliance with company policies.
Generate comprehensive reports for managerial evaluation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with standard practices and procedures in the field.
Ability to follow established guidelines and instructions, working under close supervision.
Previous experience in Financial Services or Banking industries preferred but not required.

Job Type: Contract
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 PM EST
Location: Fully Onsite in Uptown Charlotte

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
