    Description

    Position Summary:
    We are seeking an eager-to-learn Operations Specialist for our Charlotte, NC location. This is a manual labor position within our warehouse.

    As there is growth potential in this position, the ideal candidate will have polished customer service skills and high attention to detail.

    The nature of this industry will require reliability and organizational skills. This is a full-time hourly position with biweekly pay.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Correctly store products in appropriate bin locationsAccurately pull product according to customer orderUse proper procedures for loading and unloading trucksMaintain warehouse organized and cleanOther duties assignedQualifications, Skills and Abilities:Must be able to lift up to 50LBSDemonstrated ability to work in a teamMust be able to work overtime and variable shift/ hoursDemonstrated ability with Warehouse Management SoftwareProven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to interface with customers and employees fostering excellent communication skills and customer serviceFollow all items as laid out in Operations Manual and job descriptionAble to be forklift certifiedBenefits:MedicalDentalVisionSupplemental benefitsCompany-paid life insuranceCompany paid Short Term and Long Term Disability401kCompany match on 401k Posted by #LI-JG1
