    Spectrum Reach, the advertising sales division of Charter, provides custom advertising solutions through national cable networks, internet advertising, mobile marketing, and events with the support of marketing, research, and creative services teams. At Spectrum Reach, we focus on understanding consumer behavior, building targeted media plans, and offering efficient ways for advertisers to engage with their audiences.

    Key Highlights:

    • Coordinate order entry for ad schedules nationwide
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of order workflows

    Ad Operations Specialist Responsibilities:

    • Communicate traffic functions clearly
    • Monitor schedules and work with Account Executives to resolve issues
    • Enter and track orders accurately and on time
    • Collaborate with technical staff to address delivery problems
    • Ensure proper copy is applied to all orders

    Job Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Traffic System and sales automation software
    • Strong support skills for internal and external customers
    • Knowledge of MS Office applications
    • Experience in general ad sales order entry practices
    • Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

    Experience and Education:

    • Prior office work experience preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
    • Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
    • Media experience is a plus
