Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d) in Gum Springs, AR

Blume 2000 is Germany's largest flower and plant retailer with around 250 stores. As a traditional Hamburg-based company since 1974, we bring a piece of nature into the city every day.

To implement our unique and modern store and service concept, we are looking for you as a Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d) for 30 hours per week in
part-time.


Your responsibilities:

  • You assist customers in selecting their favorite products, such as cut flowers, potted plants, bouquets, or decorative items.
  • You create flower arrangements according to the BLUME2000 concept.
  • As Deputy Store Manager, you are responsible for an attractive and inspiring presentation of our product range.
  • You actively support the store team in daily operations and independently handle cash register tasks and reconciliations.
  • In your role as Deputy, you motivate your team and actively contribute to the success of the store.

Your qualifications:

  • You have completed a vocational training in retail or a comparable field.
  • You have relevant experience in retail or a creative environment and ideally also have first leadership experience.
  • You have flexibility in terms of working hours.
  • You have a high customer and service orientation.
  • You motivate your team with your open and friendly personality.
  • You enjoy sales and interacting with customers.
  • You enjoy creating flower arrangements and have a passion for flowers, plants, and decorative items.
