Taylor, MS is looking for a full-time Housekeeping Assistant/Cleaner (m/f/d) to join our team at HSF Hauswart-Service Fiefstücken GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of the housing company Fiefstücken GmbH, part of the HASPA Group, located in Hamburg.


For over 15 years, we have been providing comprehensive property management services, including infrastructure and some technical aspects, for our own properties.


Due to our current and planned growth, we are seeking a Housekeeping Assistant/Cleaner (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform building and stairwell cleaning
  • General cleaning tasks
  • Glass and window cleaning
  • Maintain a positive appearance of the property
  • Regular inspections of the property and cleaning of outdoor areas
  • Ensure safety in accordance with operational responsibility
  • Potentially be on call for emergencies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • High level of commitment, reliability, and communication skills
  • Responsible and confidential handling of information and tasks
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate in a friendly and open manner with tenants, colleagues, and business partners
  • Valid driver's license (Class B/BE)
