Your tasks:
- Competent advice to our customers and sales of spare parts for commercial vehicles
- Support of the sales field service in implementing customer requirements
- Spare parts search via electronic media
- Complete order processing including deadline tracking
- Preparation and followup of offers
- Processing of complaints
- Close coordination with the sales field service and coordination with relevant interfaces
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the automotive sector or a comparable technical education
- Technical understanding and ideally experience with the relevant product groups
- Basic commercial knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications
- High service orientation, communication skills and teamwork
