Your tasks:


  • Competent advice to our customers and sales of spare parts for commercial vehicles
  • Support of the sales field service in implementing customer requirements
  • Spare parts search via electronic media
  • Complete order processing including deadline tracking
  • Preparation and followup of offers
  • Processing of complaints
  • Close coordination with the sales field service and coordination with relevant interfaces

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed vocational training in the automotive sector or a comparable technical education
  • Technical understanding and ideally experience with the relevant product groups
  • Basic commercial knowledge
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications
  • High service orientation, communication skills and teamwork
