We are currently looking for a
daily companion (m/f/d) for our nursing home "Ruheheim" in Dresden-Bühlau, starting immediately. The position is 30 hours per week and permanent.

Responsibilities:

Individually accompanying residents in their daily lives
Planning and implementing activities for the residents
Assisting with the planning and execution of celebrations and events

Requirements:

Qualification according to 43 b SGB XI is mandatory
Positive attitude towards working with elderly, caredependent, and dementiaaffected individuals
Resilience, commitment, and teamwork skills
High social competence
