    We're searching for an enthusiastic professional for our next sales development representative who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You'll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who can use social media to find prospects and start building relationships with them. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in a customer service or sales role, is an excellent dealmaker, and loves talking to people on the phone and in person.     Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at Kraig Streetman State Farm Agency located in Suwanee, GA. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining lasting customer relationships, promoting State Farm products and services, identifying customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, actively cross-selling and upselling, and providing exceptional customer service.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
    • Knowledge of insurance products and services
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Familiarity with Suwanee, GA and surrounding areas
    • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
