    About the Company and Opportunity: Data Entry Specialist

    • Our client is a well-established national non-profit organization in the Greater Portland area who are looking for a Data Entry Specialist.

    Overview of the role: Data Entry Specialist

    • Transfer data accurately from CareLogic to NexGen healthcare computer software.
    • Recreate and organize medical documents.
    • Create, download, and save PDFs for system upload.
    • Occasionally revisit and update profiles as needed.
    • Following checklist created by Human Resources Manager.

    Preferred Qualifications: Data Entry Specialist

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized are critical.
    • Ability to stay focused while handling tedious work.
    • Maintaining confidentiality is a must
