- Manage a team of 8+ Field Inspectors
- Act as the face of the company while traveling within their assigned territory
- Provide technical guidance, oversee daily activities, control budgets, assist in documentation, provide field sketches, and take calls for proposals
- 50% management and 50% boots-on-the-ground work
- This position requires travel to various customers sites, mostly throughout the Midwest, and at times, in other parts of the country
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
- Technical background with 2+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ employees
- Background in Steel or Industrial Engineering is a plus
- Must have a valid drivers license, be able to operate a manlift, and read CAD drawings
