    Job Description: Field Service Manager

    Position Type: Full-Time

    Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior-Level

    Industry: Industrial Inspection/Field Services

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and coordinate a team of field service engineers responsible for on-site industrial inspections and service tasks.
    • Develop and maintain service schedules, ensuring timely response to customer requests and service requirements.
    • Oversee the implementation of inspection protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
    • Conduct quality control checks on field reports and inspection results, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
    • Provide technical guidance and training to field service engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and engineering, to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality.
    • Maintain relationships with key clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all field operations.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial inspection or field service management.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
    • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to industrial inspection.

    Preferred Skills and Attributes:

    • Experience with industrial inspection techniques, including non-destructive testing (NDT), ultrasonic testing, or similar methods.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and practices.
    • Ability to adapt to changing field conditions and customer requirements.
    • Willingness to travel to various field sites as required.
