We are looking for you as an intern (m/f/d) in personnel services to support our team in Leipzig/Halle.

These are your tasks:

  • Creating contract documents in Zvoove (Landwehre), administrative tasks
  • Recruiting employees from September to January for the inventory project
  • Managing, scheduling, and planning the employees for the inventories
  • Tracking employee hours and verifying invoices
  • Willingness to participate in the inventories
  • Public relations: Creating job postings on Instagram and other platforms

What you bring:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn is required
  • Commercial experience and experience in personnel services are desirable
  • A valid driver's license is necessary
  • You are reliable and have a structured way of working
