Job Description:

We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Boardman to join our team on a two-year contract, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

Creating work schedules
Organizing and structuring work processes
Managing and overseeing animal care
Providing professional guidance
Ensuring and continuously improving the quality of animal care
Planning internal and external training measures
Optimizing animal adoptions
Recruiting and developing staff
Conducting regular employee meetings
Organizing animal transports

Requirements:

Completed training as a Master Animal Caretaker or several years of experience in this field
Several years of experience in personnel management

Qualifications:

As a liaison between the management of the animal shelter and the department head/animal caretakers, you should be cooperative and able to handle conflicts.
