Machine and Plant Operator - Textile Technology (m/f/d)

Area of work:

As a machine and plant operator with a focus on textile technology in the weaving department, you will operate and maintain machines and equipment such as high-performance textile looms at SpanSet in the areas of fall protection, lifting technology, and cargo securing. You will mainly work in the weaving department with high-performance fibers.

Professional qualifications:

Working with technical devices, machines, and equipment
Manual work during conversion and maintenance of machines: for example, replacing wear parts such as seals, filters, or hoses, adjusting the play of moving parts
Performing minor repairs
Shift work

Duration of training:

2 years
The training takes place at SpanSet and at the vocational college in Düren.

Requirements:

Intermediate school leaving certificate, good grades in natural sciences and mathematics
High motivation and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and in a team
