Boardman is responsible for managing the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes selecting, providing, operating, and continuously developing IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. In order to support the business processes of various departments with IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers requirements through consultation and works together with them to develop professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your Responsibilities


As part of our group-wide identity and authorization management solution, you will provide modern and secure methods for managing, authorizing, and logging in users for companies within the Schwarz Group. The Cross Product Services team supports this with cross-product services. Personal contact and exchange at our locations in Heilbronn and Neckarsulm are important elements of our collaboration and serve as a central point for our work. We also offer the benefits of flexible work arrangements, allowing for up to five days of remote work per week. We also take the opportunity to meet as a department once a week and as a team once a month. Our mindset includes open doors, a casual atmosphere, respect, and a welcoming attitude towards new ideas.
