    What's happening at Entrada Therapeutics? Entrada is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company aiming to transform the lives of patients by establishing a new class of medicines that engage intracellular targets that have long been considered inaccessible.

    Our Endosomal Escape Vehicle (EEVTM)-therapeutics are designed to enable the efficient intracellular delivery of a wide range of therapeutics into a variety of organs and tissues, resulting in an improved therapeutic index. Through this proprietary, versatile and modular approach, Entrada is advancing a robust development portfolio of RNA-, antibody- and enzyme-based programs for the potential treatment of neuromuscular, ocular, metabolic and immunological diseases, among others.

    Our lead oligonucleotide programs are in development for the potential treatment of people living with Duchenne who are exon 44, 45 and 50 skipping amenable. We have also partnered to develop a clinical-stage program, VX-670, for myotonic dystrophy type 1.

    The Opportunity

    In this role, the ideal candidate will support data generation and analysis of therapeutic candidates for regulatory submissions and work collaboratively to coordinate in vitro and in vivo studies. They will be responsible for data generation, data integrity, and data quality control. They will work side-by-side with chemistry, pharmacology, neuromuscular, and analytical team members to support pre-IND and IND enabling studies. The ideal candidate will coordinate with local or international CROs and consultants to support pre-IND and IND enabling studies. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to contribute to scientific publications and regulatory submissions as needed.
    Responsibilities

  • Generate data from in vitro and in vivo samples to support pre-IND and IND-enabling studies.
  • Coordinate the design of in vitro and in vivo studies for clinical candidates.
  • Coordinate with discovery and neuromuscular teams for method, data, and sample transfers.
  • Organize and document all experimental data and connect with all related in vitro and in vivo IND-enabling studies.
  • Contribute to patents, reports, and scientific publications as required. During internal and external meetings, you should be ready to interpret and present research data and findings.

    To thrive on our team, you will need to come with:

  • A BS/MS in biological sciences or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of wet lab experience in an academic or industry environment.
  • Experience with RNA and protein extraction and digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) is highly valuable with other molecular biology techniques including Jess Simple Western and plate-based assays is a plus.
  • Experience with pre-clinical in vitro and in vivo work is a plus.
  • Excellent working knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and teams.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment, innovative, and collaborative environment.
