- Minimum 4 years of experience required
- 1-3 years of management experience
- Prior experience in food service
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments for a cohesive food service experience
- Capacity for occasional physical tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods
