    As a Director of Dining Services at one of our Progressive Quality Care facilities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. Here are some of the key responsibilities:

    • Participate in the nutritional care of residents, including assessments and resident interviews.
    • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training within the dietary department.
    • Handle employee evaluations and terminations.
    • Communicate effectively with staff and HR regarding payroll and departmental matters.
    • Oversee purchasing, storage, and budgeting of food and supplies.
    • Maintain high sanitation standards and enforce cleaning schedules.
    • Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Coordinate special events and represent the dietary department professionally.
    • Stay informed about facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
    • Accept duties from supervisors cooperatively and handle potentially hazardous situations with caution.
