    Job Description

    Ent Credit Union is seeking an experienced product marketing professional to build and lead strategic marketing initiatives for our credit card portfolio.

    This role will include onboarding our existing portfolio from agency-managed to in-house and will be a key contributor in defining, launching and overseeing the ongoing program evolution.

    This is a highly analytical role which requires a dedication to performance improvement across the full product lifecycle.

    Essential Functions

    Lead strategic marketing initiatives for Ent's credit card portfolio from inception through onboarding, activation and engagement to usage and reactivation.

    Work with internal and agency partners to understand member needs and preferences; maintain pulse on evolving market dynamics, consumer trends and competitive dynamics to ensure the Ent program achieves and maintains top-of-wallet consideration.

    Oversee marketing program performance across all phases of the credit care lifecycle; focused on continuous and relentless optimization to drive portfolio performance, own the go-to-market plans and lead cross-functional teams from conception through creative development and execution.

    Partner with product & business lines to ensure successful program launch as well as ongoing member-focused enhancements.

    Collaborate with the marketing leadership team in developing a world-class marketing team while evolving to support Ent's long term growth vision.


    Bank Secrecy Act:
    Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
    Qualifications
    Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position
    Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business Administration or related field
    7+ years' general marketing, business or related experience
    4+ years' demonstrated success in leading consumer direct program strategy including acquisition, engagement and retention
    2+ years' experience in marketing financial service products including experience marketing credit cards
    2+ years' in a team leadership role including experience managing direct-line reports

    Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa.

    For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.


    Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
    High degree of professional maturity with an aptitude for leading diverse groups without direct line accountability
    Analytical prowess, deftly applied in every situation
    Innovative thinking with a track record for translating diverse information sets into awe-inspiring programs that just make sense
    Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of charting new territory

    None

    Position information:
    Salary range of $88,358 to $115,970

    Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
