    This position requires some decision making to respond to and resolve non-routine customer requests, inquiries and complaints about billing, policies, etc.

    with knowledge of corporate procedures & policies. Position emphasizes public relations and effective revenue risk management. Handles situations, which may require adaptation of response. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced team members. May receive inbound Assist telephone calls. Responds to assist agencies' inquiries in an efficient and courteous manner and records/processes commitments on customer's accounts as appropriate. Also may work with Area Coordinators to resolve agency/customer issues. Reports fraudulent conditions to management. Furlough Notification ll NextEra Energy Contingent Workforce Program (CWP) assignments are eligible for worker furlough. Typical furlough schedules coincide with select national holidays, but may be subject to change.

    Suppliers will be notified by the CWP of those workers impacted and the applicable furlough dates prior to each furlough period.

    We are seeking telemarketing professionals, with HVAC Industry Knowledge, who can convert leads into customers over the phone on initial outreach.

    Their duties include data entry into Salesforce, explaining basic product features, and obtaining payment information. The ideal candidate is friendly, persuasive, and is passionate about the "Smile & Dial" Philosophy.


    Their primary responsibilities include:
    1.


    Outbound Calls:
    Telemarketers will outreach out to potential customers using provided leads.
    2.


    Incoming Calls:
    Telemarketers will also be responsible for handling incoming calls from prospective customers.
    3.


    Script-Based Communication:
    Telemarketers will have scripts to detail off and provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.
    4.


    Understanding Customer Needs:
    Telemarketers will ask qualifying questions to determine customer eligibility and tailor their pitch accordingly.
    5.


    Persuasion and Sales:
    Their goal is to persuade customers to enroll by demonstrating how the offered services meet their needs.
    6.


    Record Keeping:
    Telemarketers keep records of calls, sales, and customer information in computer systems.


    Requirements and Skills:

    Experience:
    Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.


    Sales Quotas:
    A track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, over the phone.


    Computer Literacy:
    Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.


    Language Proficiency:
    Proficient in English, Spanish is a plus.


    Patience and Persistence:
    Ability to handle customer rejection and remain patient.


    Education:
    High school diploma; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
