Job Overview:
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Admin or Customer Service Representative to join our Medicare Insurance office.
This role involves managing incoming calls from our existing members, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with general office tasks.
Familiarity with Medicare is a bonus, but not required.Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls from existing members, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries
- Utilize Microsoft Suite tools like Teams, Excel, and Outlook to facilitate daily tasks and communication
- Support the team with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
- Coordinate scheduling and assist with calendar management
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Maintain a wellorganized workspace and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive office culture
Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic office environment
- Familiarity with Medicare is a plus but not required
