    Propósito

    Serás la persona encargada de aplicar los ajustes necesarios sobre modelos creados para atender los comentarios internos y del cliente en la realización de los análisis de stress de Tuberías.

    Responsabilidades:

  • Estar en comunicación permanente con los diseñadores de tubería para orientar y revisar la aplicación de los comentarios que resulten del análisis.
  • Apoyar al Ingeniero Líder de Stress Analysis en la elaboración y emisión formal de entregables relacionados con el área.
  • Realizar revisiones de planos emitidos por otras disciplinas o fabricantes con la finalidad de aplicar o actualizar los equipos/diseños de tuberías.
  • Elaboración de Sketches para transmitir comentarios al área de diseño.
  • Identificar inconsistencias de información, proponer soluciones apropiadas y solicitar asistencia cuando sea necesario.
  • Comunicarse de manera efectiva con el equipo de ingeniería de tubería y las partes interesadas del proyecto, incluido el Cliente.
  • Análisis de esfuerzos estático/dinámico en tuberías usando CAESAR II.
  • Elaboración de notas de cálculo.
  • Elaboración de Reportes de cargas en soportes civiles
  • Elaboración de listado de líneas críticas.
  • Selección y revisión de soportes para tuberías large y small bore.
  • Análisis de líneas conectadas a equipos estáticos, equipos reciprocantes, a equipos rotativos.
  • Análisis estático Líneas conectadas a Tanques API 650.
  • Cálculo de fuerzas y esfuerzos en cruces dirigidos.
  • Análisis líneas troncales - Agua de Inyección/crudo.
  • Selección de resortes.
  • Diseño de soportes de Tubería.
  • Evaluación de fuga en bridas.
  • Análisis de flexibilidad en tubería enterrada

    • Lo que traerás

    Experiencia técnica e industrial

  • Experiencia mínimo de 8 años como Ingeniero en análisis de stress de tuberías para proyectos de Oil & Gas o en plantas de compresión, realizando análisis de esfuerzos de tuberías.
  • Manejo intermedio-alto de software CAESAR II:
  • Conocimientos de normas internacionales tales como ASME, API, PIP.
  • Buen manejo de Software Navis Works, AutoCad y paquete Office (Excel, Word).

    • Educación

    Requerimientos:

  • Profesional titulado en Ingeniería Mecánica o Afines.
  • Contar con nivel de inglés conversacional Intermedio avanzado (B2 / C1)
  • Manejo de software AUTOPIPE.
  • Tener tarjeta Profesional
