    Located in Pittsburgh, PA, we are recruiting for a CIVIL OR ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEE .     Position Activities

    The responsibilities for the role of an experienced engineer include, but are not limited to:

    • Civil site design and analyses
    • Design, modeling, and operation of water and/or wastewater treatment plants
    • Modeling and design of water and/or wastewater distribution pipe networks, including pump stations
    • Urban stormwater water quality monitoring and modeling
    • Preparation of technical documents, regulatory reports, and permits
    • Oversight of construction document development and construction management
    • Conducting field investigations
    • Networking with engineering consulting firms and municipal utilities to foster and enhance partnerships
    Candidates are not required to have experience in all these areas but should be motivated to expand their skills and leverage complementary corporate strengths. Employees are provided opportunities to become leaders in the civil and environmental consulting industry, with advancement based on individual performance and initiative.
    Education and Licensure
    • A Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related discipline, is required.
    • Professional registration or certification (e.g., PE, CFM, CPESC, LEED AP, PMP) is preferred.
    • An advanced degree in civil or environmental engineering or management, or a closely related discipline, is also preferred.
    Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
    • A minimum of five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of post-graduate education and experience, is preferred.
    • A valid U.S. driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are required for business travel.
