    Description

    Join the GXO Team as a Full Stack Software Engineer

    What a Typical Day Looks Like:

    • Design, develop, and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supporting software
    • Provide technical expertise in web application programming
    • Develop scalable code using Microsoft technology stack and open-source technologies
    • Create custom user interface libraries for consistent user experience
    • Analyze business problems and offer software solutions
    • Mentor junior programmers
    • Convert designs into program code for complex applications
    • Ensure quality software products and documentation
    • Manage software releases and system stability

    Requirements for Success at GXO:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
    • 1 year of software development experience
    • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development environments
    • Full stack development experience using C#, .NET Core, and more

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
    • 5 years of IT solutions development experience
    • Microsoft certification or coursework
    • Experience in UX design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • Knowledge of modern JS frameworks like Angular or React
    • Experience with RESTful APIs and unit testing
    • Proficiency with version control tools like Git
    • Knowledge of IT operations best practices
    • Experience in logistics and transportation management
    • Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL
