- Provide Engineering, Technical, and Programmatic support services for the development of Electronic Attack (EA) and Electronic Warfare (EW) products for the US Navy at Point Mugu, CA.
- Adhere to normal working hours, meet deadlines, follow company policies, communicate regularly with supervisors, and stay focused on assigned tasks.
- MA/MS degree in Engineering, Physics, Network Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or BA/BS with 4 additional years of experience.
- 10 years of experience in research, design, development, testing, or supervision of electrical equipment for various industries.
- 3 years of technical experience in support of electronic warfare and 10 years working with US Navy EW capable airframes.
- 5 years of experience in a management or leadership position within a multi-team developmental environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the work year.
