    Full Stack Engineer


    The expertise we are looking for:An experienced Technical team member with good aptitude and attitude to learn and share knowledgeExpertise to drive meaningful technical discussions, arbitrate and recommend an optimal path forwardPassion for technology and is experienced with the tools of the trade including a variety of modern programming languages and frameworksAbility to communicate and collaborate with supporting teams to get things done in an expedited mannerAbility to solve real-life problems, design modern solutions for legacy applicationsPro-actively taking ownership of situations, people and technologyShow strong judgment and leadership across a multitude of situations and drive decision making taking all factors into accountAbility to operate at multiple levels, zoom-in and out as the situation demands.

    Ability to stay connected to the details while possessing the ability to see the big pictureKnowledge of HealthCare industry will be an added qualificationAbility to navigate across a complex and changing technology landscape and stay on top of industry trendsThe Purpose of Your RoleThis role will be the tech lead of a dev ops team.

    As a senior developer you will interact with Architecture and Management to translate product requirements to technology solutions. You will serve as mentor for junior engineers within the team.

    You will be responsible for design and implementation of technical solutions to achieve business goals for the product offeringThe Skills You Bring:

    7+ years of experience in Java application development using Spring7+ years of experience in database design and development using Oracle / PostgreSQL5+ years of UI development using Angular, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML 5Solid understanding in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, Angular, Tableau and SQL (Oracle and PostgreSQL)

    Knowledge of web application development using JSP, HTML, CSS, JQuery, AngularDeep understanding of API design, including versioning, API documentation (Swagger)Strong knowledge of developing highly scalable distributed systems using Open source technologiesSolid understanding of E2E ALM tools like JIRA, gitStash, FishEye, Crucible, Maven, Jenkins, uDeployWorking knowledge of public/private cloud capabilities including compute, storage and scaling will be desirableThe Value You Deliver:

    Use your experience to help design and implement efficient technology solutionsBe able to adjust priority of items based on business valueBe a resource multiplier by being able to provide technical mentorship to other engineers while maintaining your own work listBe able to recognize technology trends in the cloud space and assist in adopting new solutions as offered by cloud service providersFormulating and driving the tactical and strategic technology direction of the HealthCare business for some of the firm's most strategic workplace clientsLeveraging an in-depth understanding of the business to propose and deliver solutions to increase employer and employee satisfaction around their HealthCare experienceProposing and delivering strategic efficiency and scale technology solutionsMaintaining an atmosphere of collaboration, openness and approachability every day
