    Description
    Full Stack Engineer

    The expertise we are looking for:
    • An experienced Technical team member with good aptitude and attitude to learn and share knowledge
    • Expertise to drive meaningful technical discussions, arbitrate and recommend an optimal path forward
    • Passion for technology and is experienced with the tools of the trade including a variety of modern programming languages and frameworks
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate with supporting teams to get things done in an expedited manner
    • Ability to solve real-life problems, design modern solutions for legacy applications
    • Pro-actively taking ownership of situations, people and technology
    • Show strong judgment and leadership across a multitude of situations and drive decision making taking all factors into account
    • Ability to operate at multiple levels, zoom-in and out as the situation demands. Ability to stay connected to the details while possessing the ability to see the big picture
    • Knowledge of HealthCare industry will be an added qualification
    • Ability to navigate across a complex and changing technology landscape and stay on top of industry trends
    The Purpose of Your Role
    This role will be the tech lead of a dev ops team. As a senior developer you will interact with Architecture and Management to translate product requirements to technology solutions. You will serve as mentor for junior engineers within the team. You will be responsible for design and implementation of technical solutions to achieve business goals for the product offering
    The Skills You Bring:
    • 7+ years of experience in Java application development using Spring
    • 7+ years of experience in database design and development using Oracle / PostgreSQL
    • 5+ years of UI development using Angular, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML 5
    • Solid understanding in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, Angular, Tableau and SQL (Oracle and PostgreSQL)
    • Knowledge of web application development using JSP, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Angular
    • Deep understanding of API design, including versioning, API documentation (Swagger)
    • Strong knowledge of developing highly scalable distributed systems using Open source technologies
    • Solid understanding of E2E ALM tools like JIRA, gitStash, FishEye, Crucible, Maven, Jenkins, uDeploy
    • Working knowledge of public/private cloud capabilities including compute, storage and scaling will be desirable

    • Formulating and driving the tactical and strategic technology direction of the HealthCare business for some of the firm's most strategic workplace clients
    • Leveraging an in-depth understanding of the business to propose and deliver solutions to increase employer and employee satisfaction around their HealthCare experience
    • Proposing and delivering strategic efficiency and scale technology solutions
    • Maintaining an atmosphere of collaboration, openness and approachability every day
