To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

Real Estate Agent (m/f/d) in Property Management

The main focus of your work includes:

Management of condominiums
Preparation and, if necessary, execution of owners' meetings
Handling insurance claims
Commissioning and monitoring of craftsmen (including invoice verification)

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on real estate.
High level of selfmotivation and teamwork
Reliable, careful, and timely work
Knowledge of real estate management software (e.g. DOMUS ERP/CRM) and common office programs
Desired but not required are knowledge and experience in creating utility and operating cost statements.
