    CreditAssociates, a leading direct-to-consumer financial services company based in Plano, is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join its team. As the CRO Manager, your role involves contributing to diverse digital marketing strategies and implementing conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. Your primary focus will be on enhancing consumer demand by efficiently overseeing and optimizing our website brands, assessing the performance of landing page, developing testing plans, and leveraging insights to drive our long-term strategy and vision.

    Collaboration is key in this role, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and creative teams to drive the success of our marketing campaigns. Combining strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and creativity, you'll employ problem-solving skills to formulate conversion rate strategies that align with the key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing campaigns and overall company objectives.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Work directly with the various departments to optimize digital creative for the web, and marketing initiatives.
    • Deploy A/B or Multivariate testing and CRO strategies to improve landing page performance.
    • Manage a testing CRO calendar
    • Design and test Unbounce and WordPress landing pages that are desktop & mobile friendly.
    • Test banner ads, hero images and digital creative for our various ad platforms (Facebook, Criteo, Instagram, Google, Bing, Tik Tok, Programmatic media) including our various brand websites and landing pages.
    • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continuously improve the user experience and make CRO design decisions.
    • Develop insightful reports to measure CRO KPIs.
    • Assist with web copy for optimization of marketing campaigns.
    • Support in refining various email drips and journeys to increase retention and conversion rate.
    Required Qualifications:
    • College degree in marketing, electronic media, or related field.
    • 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
    • Experience with Unbounce and/or WordPress Landing Page Plugins.
    • Understanding of HTML and CSS and familiarity of JavaScript Implementation for web.
    • Robust knowledge of SMS platforms like Twilio, Emotive, or Attentive.
    • Strong knowledge of Google Products (GA4 Analytics, Looker Data Studio, Tag Manager).
    • Proficient understanding of testing platforms like VWO or Optimizely.
    • Firm understanding of User Experience (UX) & Design fundamentals.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Understand how to gather data-driven insights from program performance and develop recommendations to drive continuous improvement in results
