Your focus will be on pre-litigation debt management for our company, as well as independently and conclusively handling debt cases.

This includes communicating with customers and other parties involved in the process, both over the phone and in written correspondence.

You will clarify inquiries, explain circumstances, negotiate payment dates, and motivate your conversation and correspondence partners to adhere to agreements made.

In our support system, you will document all necessary information, record conversation notes, maintain master data, and monitor set deadlines.


Other points in your field of activity include the following:

  • Quality control of postal service providers in the area of debt dispatch
  • Continuous review of invoice receipt by the customer and followup of processing
  • Processing of overdue debts
  • Determining reasons for payment delays
  • Optimization and improvement of payment morale
  • Creation of debtor reports
  • Interface between customers, our accounting department, and our business units
  • Support of the controlling team in daytoday business
  • Internal and competent contact person for topics in the area of debt management & collection as well as interface maintenance
  • Processing of reminders, execution of reminder runs, and system documentation
  • Coordination of communication between our branches and regions, as well as support in clarifying open items
  • Creation of process analyses and regular evaluation and analysis of the debt portfolio
  • Evaluation of key figures and reports, including graphical representation of results
