iba | International Vocational Academy of the F+U Group gGmbH is Germany's largest state-recognized vocational academy offering dual bachelor's degree programs at 13 locations in Berlin, Bochum, Darmstadt, Erfurt, Hamburg, Heidelberg, Kassel, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich, Münster, and Nuremberg.

For our study location in Leipzig, we are looking for freelance lecturers (m/f/d) for the module Procurement and Production starting in the upcoming summer semester of 2023.

Course content:

Teaching the importance of industrial procurement and production in terms of:
Company's production as input/output process (e.g. input factors, transformation processes, process types, efficiency of output production)
Procurement: Material management processes (e.g. procurement tasks, demand determination, order quantities and policies, make or buy and sourcing, supplier management)
Production: Manufacturing processes (e.g. basics of production management and types of production organization)

Teaching format:

Twoweek block teaching with a total of 35 teaching units (1 TU = 45 minutes) from
