    Raleigh Responsibilities:
    Oversees tax and consulting projects while honing skills to address client needs, tax planning, and consulting opportunities effectively.
    Collaborates directly with clients and their advisors to gather necessary information for tax return preparation.

    Conducts thorough reviews of various tax returns, including individual, trust, estate, S-Corp, foundation, partnership, and gift tax returns, providing constructive feedback to staff and interns.

    Handles communication with government agencies on intricate matters.
    Identifies technical tax issues, conducts advanced research, and formulates solid recommendations for leadership consideration.
    Expands tax knowledge and understanding through client engagements and staying updated on current tax developments.
    Manages tasks both independently and as part of a team, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
    Contributes to firm activities such as billing, recruiting, and participation in training and continuing education programs.
    Establishes and nurtures relationships with professionals and external contacts.
    Supervises and mentors associates and senior associates on project execution.
    Reviews work prepared by associates and senior associates, offering insightful comments for improvement.
    Provides training on software tools to associates and seniors.
    Acts as a career advisor to associates and senior associates, offering guidance on professional development.
    Plans and manages workload distribution for associates and senior associates.
    Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely.
    Maintains ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships, promptly addressing any service issues.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field5-7 years of public accounting tax experience years CPA required Candidates must be local or willing to commute
